We process orders as soon as possible. Items that are in stock will typically ship within 1- 2 business days from our location in Denville, NJ. Orders received on holidays or weekends will be processed the next business day. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping is included in your order. Once an order is processed and sent from our location in Denville, NJ, it will be shipped via USPS. USPS will be sent via Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 days. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped, which will include tracking information. Any items lost or stolen once they have left our hands and are with the carrier is out of our control. We also cannot control service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier and can vary by destination, especially during peak shipping times.
If you are unhappy with an item for any reason, you may return it to us (unused and unopened) within 30 days of the purchase date. We will not refund the original shipping fee and the buyer is responsible for the shipping fee for the returned item. **Please contact us before shipping the item(s) back to us. When ready, please pack the item in sturdy packaging so it doesn’t get damaged. We do not accept damaged items. *Please note, all sale items are considered final and cannot be returned.
